“What to Bring - The Do’s and Don’tsis a checklist for you and your child, so they are prepared with everything they need to bring (or not to bring) to camp.

“Typical Daily Schedule” Is a reference sheet for you and your child. It is a good resource for discussion about the various activities and what to expect, especially if this is their first year at camp.

Angel Tree Scholarship Registration

This form is specific to Angel Tree and you must use this form to register to receive that scholarship.

The Angel Tree Kids Camp Registration form is an online form that will automatically upload to the camp. You will receive a copy in your email.

Once you have filled in the online form, print and sign the Authorization & Release Form. Mail that along with a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to secure your spot.

Angel Tree Camping Scholarships

Angel Tree®, a program of Prison Fellowship, serving incarcerated parents, provides camping scholarships.

Eligibility

Any child with an incarcerated parent is eligible to receive a scholarship to our Kids Camp if they are a part Angel Tree®. Other children in the same household, may also be eligible for a 50% scholarship. All registrations require a non-refundable $50 deposit

To be eligible for a scholarship the camper must be between the ages of 7 and 13 years old, and meet one of the criteria below:

• Have been registered for Angel Tree Christmas in prior year(s). 

º And appears in our Angel Tree database, which we can check for you.

• Have a parent or stepparent who is incarcerated. The parent could be incarcerated in a county, state, federal, or military facility. 

º You must be able to provide the name of the incarcerated parent and the most recently known  facility where he or she is incarcerated. If the parent has been released after the child began attending  camp, their last facility and release date must be provided.

• Currently live in a household with an Angel Tree child or prisoner’s child who is attending camp.
