Kids Camp Registration Forms & Information

“What You Need to Know” will provide all the information you need to get started, Including Important dates, registration fees, and deadlines, as well as what to expect.
“Camp Map”The Camp Map shows where the Drop-off and Pick-up locations are.
“Kid’s Camp Registration” This is an online form that will automatically upload to the camp’s documents. Along with this form you must print and sign the Authorization & Release Form, and mail this along with your deposit check.
“Authorization & Release Form” Print this form, sign and date and mail in with your deposit check to secure a spot at camp.
“What to Bring - The Do’s and Don’ts” is a checklist for you and your child, so they are prepared with everything they need to bring (or not to bring) to camp.
“Typical Daily Schedule”Is a reference sheet for you and your child. It is a good resource for discussion about the various activities and what to expect, especially if this is their first year at camp.
