Sunshine Acres Renovation

Sunshine Acres is a 4 bedroom cabin with a shared bathroom with a shower.

There was major flooding throughout the entire cabin, ruining carpet, walls and beds.

In addition to repairing or replacing drywall, bathroom fixtures and beds.

The plans are to take one of the bedrooms and put in a kitchenette.
