At Camp Caudle, we offer scholarships and discounts to ensure that every camper has an opportunity to experience the transformative and spiritual journey camp offers, regardless of their financial circumstances.

General Info

  • Sibling Discount - 3 or more siblings. The discount is automatically applied to the third and subsequent registrations automatically.

  • Early Bird Discount - Ends January 31. $25 off each registration.

  • Scholarships are given on first come, first served basis and based on funding availability. They are given based on a household's need and there is no income level requirement to apply.

  • Scholarships are limited to one session per camper.

  • Scholarships will not cover things like Camp Store deposits or extra shirts & snacks outside of what is included under the registration fee. Scholarships can only be applied to the base fee for the registered session.

  • Due to the high number of scholarship applicants and limited funding, we strive to stretch our scholarship funds as far as they can go. We want to partner with you to be able to make up the difference between what is feasible for you to pay and what camp costs. We ask families to contribute any amount beyond the $75 deposit.

  • A camper letter submitted before May 15 is required for scholarship application.

How to Apply for Scholarships

  • Begin registering your camper. During the process there are scholarship request forms to fill out. Within the form there are questions about financial assistance. These questions must be filled out in order to receive scholarship funding.

  • Additionally, your camper is REQUIRED to submit or upload a letter stating why your child would like to come to camp. We would love to have this from the words of your camper! Letters should be either mailed to 857 SR 164 N Hector, AR 72843 or emailed to info@campcaudle.org

  • Scholarship funding will be applied once your camper's letter has been received. All applications and letters must be submitted by May 15.
